Since February 15, 2016, the EU also provide the possibility to file your complaints via the ODR platform by the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. In case you are not able to work out a solution with the products or service provider, the EU will try to assist in finding a solution. This platform exists to relieve the pressure on the judicial system, which is a last resort measure.
